Tomato Bisque and Grilled Cheese sandwhich

2 Tbsp. butter
1 medium diced onion
1Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 14oz can chicken broth
(2) 28oz. cans crushed tomatoes
1 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter on medium heat.  Add onions and sugar cook until soft.  Add broth and tomatoes and simmer about 10 mins.  Use an immersion blender and blend soup (or use regular blender and blend soup in batches). Stir in cream and add salt and pepper.  THAT’S IT!
