Lunch Date @ The Old Spaghetti Factory

After a much needed week off of work, I’m back! During that time I didn’t blog because I was literally too relaxed and busy enjoying every minute of it. I did so many things around the house, was able to cook dinner most nights, and even got in a beach day with the family! I wish that we were financially stable enough to allow me to stay at home and take care of the house and kids because I love being able to be there when my kids get home, help them with their homework, cook for them and wake up in the morning and take them to school. Unfortunately living in Hawaii requires both Kahele and I to bring home paychecks to survive financially.

On one of my days off, Kahele and I enjoyed a nice lunch date at the Old Spaghetti Factory! Soooo yummy. That morning I had my doctor’s appointment for my glucose test so I had to fast the night before and couldn’t eat anything until after my 1 hour appointment, so we were both really hungry. It was the perfect lunch date.

I love their house pesto ranch.  I could have eaten more than one of these!

As an appetizer we had their cheese dip.  I wasn’t a fan of the sausage, but that dip I could eat every day.

2.

I was in the mood for a “cocktail” but being pregnant of course I couldn’t indulge in one so I went for the next best thing… A cotton candy limeade!  I felt so bad that I was drinking this without my daughter.

I always always order this Mizithra cheese & browned butter!!! It’s my absolute favorite.  No matter how many times I tell myself that I’ll try something different, I just can’t help myself.

I even got Kahele to try it and he agreed that it’s that good!
